The Punchy Studio project was developed to redefine the way products are presented, establish caconceptual and visual identity for the brand, and create a digital infrastructure for selling collectible sculptures and action figures produced by the studio in Mashhad. Prior to the project, Punchi Studio was already producing high‑quality pieces through a team of professional sculptors and painters who create detailed and carefully crafted collectible figures. However, the studio faced major limitations in the way its products were presented and introduced to potential customers. Product photography and video production were previously handled internally with lower quality, and due to the absence of a consistent visual identity and a professional website, the studio’s works were not being presented in a way that reflected their actual artistic and collectible value.
This challenge was particularly important because the target audience of Punchi Studio consists largely of collectors and niche enthusiasts who are often difficult to reach and who expect high‑quality presentation before purchasing premium collectibles. As a result, despite the high quality of the products themselves, weak presentation and the lack of a proper digital platform limited the studio’s sales potential.
The main objective of this project was therefore to bridge the gap between the quality of production and the quality of presentation. The project focused on developing a conceptual and visual identity that reflects the artistic nature of the studio’s work while creating a consistent visual language for product presentation. Professional photography and videography were produced to highlight the craftsmanship, details, materials, and collectible value of each piece. In addition, a dedicated website was designed as the studio’s main digital platform to present products in a structured, professional, and accessible way, while also providing the foundation for an online sales channel. Through these combined efforts, the project aimed to strengthen the brand’s positioning, improve how collectors experience and evaluate the products, and ultimately increase the studio’s ability to reach its target audience and improve sales performance.
