Mostafa Azari

Mostafa Azari, the founder of All in, began his professional career in management consulting and organizational development in 2018. His journey, built on enhancing productivity and redesigning structures, expanded through leading and executing large-scale projects for prominent organizations such as Astan Quds Razavi, the National Cartographic Center of Iran, and the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad.

His core expertise includes strategy formulation, business process improvement, and performance evaluation systems. This approach ultimately led to the establishment of All in, a platform designed to consolidate his prior experiences—including the launch of the “V-ment” initiative—and offer them as integrated management consulting services to businesses.

His educational background, which combines a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, merges an analytical, engineering perspective with systemic thinking to solve complex organizational challenges. Furthermore, his academic record, featuring a published book and articles alongside his recognition as an “Elite Member,” provides a credible foundation for his scientific, data-driven approach to project execution.
